    The process of yarn dyeing during the production is carried out on the equipment of firm “Dilmenler” (Turkey) and it has the following algorithm of actions:

    — пряжу подготавливают к окрашиванию, заранее намотав на полую шпулю, покрытую специальной сеткой;

    — устанавливается необходимый, для данной пряжи рецепт. Затем пряжа наматывается таким образом, чтобы обеспечить полноценный доступ красителей по всей площади мотка;

    — намотанную на шпулю пряжу размещают на специальной насадке, состоящей из стержней с отверстиями, и опускают в специальные красильные котлы.

    A fully automated process regulates the preparation and delivery of dyes to the boilers, as well as the temperature and time regimes. Our dyeing technology produces the highest quality of the yarn, with an exact match with the client’s color, in further preservation of the color recipe guarantees compatibility of colors from order to order.
