Fabric dyeing technology is also an automated process, as is yarn dyeing. The process consists of several difficult steps:
- The composition of the dyes is determined in advance;
- The recipe is sent to the dye preparation site;
- Then on special transit systems it is transferred to dyeing installations;
- The fabric is unwrapped and straightened up immediately before it is painted;
- After finishing the process of dyeing, the fabric is washed and dried.
At our factory, we use the thermosetting technology that prevents the fabric from losing volume and size.
Asaka Textile’s production has a rich color palette. This solution allows us to offer our clients any kind of tints for fabric dyeing. We can also dye according to the samples of leading foreign producers or according to the client’s request.
