    Yarn Dyeing Technology

    The process of yarn dyeing during the production is carried out on the equipment of firm “Dilmenler” (Turkey) and it has the following algorithm of actions:

    – The yarn is prepared to be dyed; by wrapping it beforehand on a hollow spool covered with a special net;

    - The necessary recipe for the particular yarn is being specified. Then the yarn is rolled in such a way as to ensure full access of the dyes throughout the spool area;

    - The yarn wrapped on the spool is placed on a special nozzle consisting of rods with holes and is lowered into special dye boilers.

    A fully automated process regulates the preparation and delivery of dyes to the boilers, as well as the temperature and time regimes. Our dyeing technology produces the highest quality of the yarn, with an exact match with the client’s color, in further preservation of the color recipe guarantees compatibility of colors from order to order.
