Rotational Printing Technology

At our factory, we use rotational printing technology. Its principle is to apply dyes through a rotating shaft, which functions are being performed by the perforated cylinder. The dye supply is performed under pressure from the special pumps.

This type of dying has several advantages:

— воспроизводит на материале рисунки любой сложности и толщины;

— печатает на различных материалах;

— обладает высокой скоростью нанесения рисунка;

— печать на ткани не требует чрезмерного расхода красителя;

— результат процесса – устойчивые, яркие, четкие и насыщенные цвета.

Our production’s technology park supports two basic types of printing: pigment printing and reactive printing.

In pigment printing, the dye does not get deeply into the fibers, remaining on the surface. This is an excellent way to apply dense matte colors.

The reactive application method consists in getting the dye into the fibers of the string, changing its composition according to the material. The colors are bright and saturated, and the texture of the fabric is soft and solid.

In addition to the two main types of printing, we also use etching, glitter, and pouf printing with convex effect.
