The operation of our company includes a full-fledged textile production cluster. It is very important for us to control the whole production route, from the laying of the cotton seed to the testing of the finished product.
Asaka Textile has large sowing fields to grow quality cotton fiber. The next cycle includes harvesting with specialized harvesting equipment. The next step is to clear the cotton bolls from seeds, dust, and other extraneous impurities. The longest fibers used to produce the buckle are then taken from the finished raw material. During the spinning process, the fiber undergoes special processing: laying, bleaching, cleaning, dyeing.
Our company owns production facilities with the latest equipment, which produces at least four tons of carded and combed yarn daily, from which a wide range of cotton knitted fabrics are made.
