Fabric dyeing technology is also an automated process, as is yarn dyeing. The process consists of several difficult steps:<\/p>

- The composition of the dyes is determined in advance;<\/p>

- The recipe is sent to the dye preparation site;<\/p>

- Then on special transit systems it is transferred to dyeing installations;<\/p>

- The fabric is unwrapped and straightened up immediately before it is painted;<\/p>

- After finishing the process of dyeing, the fabric is washed and dried.<\/p>

At our factory, we use the thermosetting technology that prevents the fabric from losing volume and size.<\/p>

Asaka Textile\u2019s production has a rich color palette. This solution allows us to offer our clients any kind of tints for fabric dyeing.
