Then the yarn is rolled in such a way as to ensure full access of the dyes throughout the spool area;<\/p><p>- The yarn wrapped on the spool is placed on a special nozzle consisting of rods with holes and is lowered into special dye boilers.<\/p><p>A fully automated process regulates the preparation and delivery of dyes to the boilers, as well as the temperature and time regimes.
